Do you provide Mirena and IUD insertions?
Yes. Our doctors offer Mirena and other IUD consultations, insertions and removals. Please book an initial consultation to discuss this. This is required before an insertion appointmen.
Do you offer Implanon insertion and removal?
Yes. Please book an initial consultation so we can discuss your options.
Can I get help with menopause or perimenopause symptoms?
Yes. We offer dedicated menopause and perimenopause consultations to discuss symptoms, hormone therapy and lifestyle management.
Do you perform cervical screening tests?
Yes. We provide routine cervical screening and women’s health checks.
Do you offer men’s health checks?
Yes. We provide comprehensive men’s health assessments, including cardiovascular risk, prostate health, sexual health and preventative screening.
Can I discuss low testosterone or erectile dysfunction?
Yes. Our doctors can assess symptoms, arrange investigations and discuss treatment options.
Do you see babies and children?
Yes. We care for children of all ages, from newborns through to adolescents.
Do you provide childhood vaccinations?
Yes. We follow the National Immunisation Program schedule and offer additional travel vaccinations where appropriate.
Can you help with developmental, behavioural or learning concerns?
Yes. We can assess concerns, coordinate referrals and develop management plans.
Do you perform skin cancer checks?
Yes. We offer skin cancer checks and assessment of suspicious skin lesions.
Can you remove skin cancers and moles?
Many procedures can be performed in our treatment room. Your doctor will discuss the most appropriate treatment options.
Should I have a regular skin check?
If you have fair skin, a history of sun exposure, previous skin cancers or a family history of melanoma, regular checks are recommended.
Can I get a Mental Health Care Plan?
Yes. Eligible patients can access Medicare-subsidised psychological services through a Mental Health Care Plan. Please book a 30 minute appointment for this.
Do you treat anxiety, depression and stress?
Yes. Our doctors provide assessment, support, treatment and referral when needed.
ADHD medication
Yes. Most of our GPs can prescribe ongoing ADHD medication once you have an established diagnosis and your specialist has stabilised you on your medication. We require a letter from your psychiatrist or paediatrician advising the GP to continue prescribing.
Do you provide travel vaccinations?
Yes. We offer travel health consultations and vaccinations for many destinations. Please book an appointment with the doctor, and then the nurse will see you either that day or another day for the injections.
How far before travel should I book?
Ideally 6–8 weeks before departure, although we can often assist with shorter notice.
How do I receive my test results?
Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss results unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Can I get repeat prescriptions without an appointment?
For safe medical care, repeat prescriptions usually require a consultation with your doctor.
